Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Waiver World, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If Waiver World is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

Account data: Retained until you delete your account
Completed waivers: Retained according to your organization's settings and legal requirements (typically 3-7 years for liability documents)
Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe
Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days
Advertising data: Pixel and tracking data is retained according to each platform's data retention policies (typically 180 days for Meta, 26 months for Google Analytics)
