Yes. Digital signatures collected through Waiver World comply with the ESIGN Act and UETA, making them legally equivalent to handwritten signatures in the United States. We capture timestamps, IP addresses, and full audit trails.

Participants can draw their signature using touch/mouse, type their name (converted to a signature font), or upload an image of their signature. All methods are legally valid.

You can enable guardian signatures on any waiver. Parents/guardians can sign remotely via email link, or sign in person on behalf of their minor children. Multiple minors can be added to a single guardian waiver.

Yes. You can configure waivers to require multiple signatures, such as both parents, a participant and witness, or any combination you need.

You can send waivers via email, SMS, embed them on your website, share direct links, or generate QR codes. Waivers can also be completed on-site using kiosk mode.

Kiosk mode turns any tablet or computer into a self-service waiver station. Participants can walk up, complete their waiver, and check in without staff assistance.

After signing, participants receive a unique QR code. Staff scan the code using our mobile app to instantly verify waiver status and check them in. Works offline too!

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional waivers. We never cut off access mid-month or delete your data.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
